The record's insert includes a picture of guitarist Kevin Sanders (aka "Kid Cocksman") who was a member of the band when the record was released, although he does not appear on the recordings. The insert was re-produced on the back cover of the 2021 CD reissue on American Leather Records.
Two record set. This version is the second commercial pressing from Summer of 2020. The records are housed in printed inner sleeves inside a standard, direct-to-board gatefold jacket. Packaging for this pressing differs slightly from the first pressing Poison Idea - Feel The Darkness as follows: -Pressed on black vinyl. -Direct-to-board jacket.

Profile: Poison Idea was started in 1980 in Portland, Oregon, by vocalist Jerry A. (Lang). Within a year, the band had a solid lineup with drummer Dean Johnson, guitarist Tom Roberts (aka Pig Champion), and bassist Glen Estes. The band was motivated by the Germs and Black Flag, and took their musical cues from bands such as Discharge and SOA.
