Turnin' On is the debut album by the group High Inergy. It was released on Motown's Gordy label in 1977. [1] [2] The album was mostly produced by Kent Washburn, who produced all but three songs from album. He produced "You Can't Turn Me Off (In the Middle of Turning Me On)" and "Love Is All You Need", the two singles off the album.

High Inergy was an American R&B and soul girl group who found fame on Motown Records in the late 1970s. They are best known for the hit song , " You Can't Turn Me Off (In the Middle of Turning Me On) ".
