Carmine Appice (* 15. Dezember 1946 in Staten Island) ist ein US-amerikanischer Rockmusiker. Bekannt wurde er als Schlagzeuger der Rockband Vanilla Fudge. 2014 wurde er in die Hall of Fame des Modern Drummer aufgenommen. Sein elf Jahre jüngerer Bruder Vinny Appice ist ebenfalls Schlagzeuger.
He is best known for his associations with Vanilla Fudge; Cactus; the power trio Beck, Bogert & Appice; Rod Stewart; King Kobra; and Blue Murder. He is also Vinny Appice 's older brother. Appice was inducted into the Classic Drummer Hall of Fame in 2013 [1] and the Modern Drummer Hall of Fame in 2014. [2]
