Alfonsina Orsini (* 1472 in Neapel; † 7. Februar 1520 in Florenz) war die Tochter von Roberto Orsini, des Grafen von Tagliacozzo (* vor 1445; † 29. Juni 1476 in Siena) und dessen Ehefrau Caterina Sanseverino. Sie war von 1487 bis 1503 die Ehefrau von Piero di Lorenzo de’ Medici (1472–1503).
Alfonsina Orsini (1472 – 7 February 1520) was a Regent of Florence. She governed the Republic of Florence during the absences of her son in the period of 1515–1519. Her rule was feared as a sign of the end of republican government there. She was born from a noble family and raised in the royal court of Naples.
