Princess Elizabeth of Clarence (Elizabeth Georgiana Adelaide; 10 December 1820 – 4 March 1821) was a member of the British royal family. She was the second daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Clarence and St Andrews, later King William IV and Queen Adelaide .
After her death aged three months old in April 1821, the Duke and Duchess of Clarence commissioned the Scottish sculptor William Scoular to make a commemorative sculpture of the Princess, lying on her deathbed, to be placed at Windsor Castle.

She was buried on 10 March 1821 in St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.
