Phyllis Cerf Wagner (born Helen Brown Nichols; April 13, 1916 – November 24, 2006), also known as Phyllis Fraser, was an American socialite, writer, publisher, and actress. She was a co-founder of Beginner Books.
Phyllis Fraser (1916-2006) was an American actress who appeared in films such as Little Men and Every Saturday Night. She was also the cousin of Ginger Rogers and the second wife of actor Robert F. Wagner.
