  6. 19. Apr. 2015 · Each sampled seed was weighed (±0·01 g) using an electronic balance, and a previously developed NIRS calibration model (Takahashi, Shimada & Kawano 2011) was used to estimate the tannin content of cotyledons of individual seeds (r2 = 0·836 for the best calibration model).
