Olaf Karl Tufte (* 27. April 1976 in Tønsberg) ist ein norwegischer Ruderer. Tufte war 2001 und 2003 Weltmeister im Einer, 2004 und 2008 gewann er in dieser Bootsklasse die olympische Goldmedaille.
Olaf Karl Tufte (born 27 April 1976 in Tønsberg) is a Norwegian rower, firefighter, and farmer. He is a seven-time Olympian, and as a single sculler he was twice the Olympic champion and twice the world champion.
Norsk roer og bonde. Olaf Tufte er en allsidig idrettsutøver og var aktiv i mange idretter i barneårene og ungdomstiden! Først når han var 17 år begynte han med roing og ble medlem av Horten Roklubb. Han viste et uvanlig fysisk talent for roing, og debuterte internasjonalt ett år senere i junior-VM i München i 1994.
