Gregory Michael Van Alst (born July 1, 1981) is an American professional stock car racing driver and team owner. He competes full-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 35 Chevrolet SS/Ford Fusion for his own team, Greg Van Alst Motorsports.
Greg van Alst is a native of Anderson, Indiana and a successful racer and businessman. He won the 2023 ARCA Menards Series race at Daytona and competed in NASCAR Xfinity and Truck Series in 2023.
Greg Van Alst returned to the ARCA Menards Series scene in 2021 after last running a limited ARCA schedule in 2001. In between, he became a mainstay name in the Midwest in various forms of racing. Van Alst earned his first ARCA Menards Series victory in the 2023 season-opener at Daytona International Speedway.
