Ronaldus (Ronald) de Boer (Hoorn, 15 mei 1970) is een Nederlands voormalig voetballer, huidig voetbaltrainer en de tweelingbroer van Frank de Boer. Hij speelde doorgaans als middenvelder, maar kon ook in de aanval uit de voeten. In zijn beginjaren speelde hij vooral als spits of aanvallende middenvelder, daarna voornamelijk als rechtshalf.
