Amy Dowden MBE (born 10 August 1990) is a Welsh professional ballroom and Latin American dancer from Caerphilly, Wales, best known for her appearances on the BBC One television show Strictly Come Dancing.

The Welsh dancer, who missed last year's series because of breast cancer, will share her journey in a BBC One film this summer. She was diagnosed at 32, had a mastectomy, chemotherapy and fertility treatment, and is now back on Strictly.
