Synopsis by Hal Erickson. The 13-chapter Don Winslow of the Coast Guard was the second of two Universal serials based on the comic strip Don Winslow of the Navy. Don Terry returns as Don Winslow, who has been promoted to Commander in this effort.
A Coast Guard officer is assigned to protect the coastline from spies, saboteurs and enemy agents. After serving gallantly at Pearl Harbor, Navy Commander Don Winslow, and his pal and junior officer, Lieutenant "Red" Pennington, are assigned to the Coast Guard.
