Originally serialized in the magazine Shōjo Comic, its chapters were published in ten tankōbon volumes by Shogakukan from May 2003 to August 2005.

Boku wa imouto ni koi wo suru, which can be translated as “I’m in love with my little” sister brings to us the controversial topic of incestuous love between fraternal twins. This subject will probably upset those with strictly religious moral values or at least those with anything against incest.
The movie is quite slow however it was worth the watch. The story covers a subject that would be considered taboo and wrong to most, however i believe that the director and the actors did a great job.
