Bridge to Silence is a 1989 American television drama film directed by Karen Arthur. The film aired on April 9, 1989 on the CBS network.
After her husband is killed in a drunk driving accident, deaf mother Peggy Lawrence (Marlee Matlin) suffers from a breakdown and asks her mother, Marge (Lee Remick) to take care of her hearing daughter, Lisa (Allison Silver). When Peggy recovers and wants Lisa back from Marge, she finds herself in a custody battle.
