Summaries. A South American in New York rents the apartment of a socialite who pretends to be his maid. A South American, Pablo Sullivan (Don Ameche), comes to New York City during World Wat Two, seeking investment money for the rubber plantation of his father.
Synopsis. New York City socialite June Delaney is chagrined to learn that the majority of her money, which her late father had invested in England, has been impounded due to the outbreak of World War II.
