Meanwhile, George, a former financier who has gone insane, keeps hanging round the City offices speaking nonsense and harmlessly trying to set off a supposed bomb. When the bomb does go off, in Davis's office, Roscoe sees a chance to end the myth of Mr Davis for good. (Synopsis)
Henry Kendall is on his uppers so invents a mysterious partner to get him through bluffing on business matters. In the meantime Alastair Sim plays a "lunatic" who failed in finance, and Guy Middleton couldn't signpost that he's a bad lot any more clearly, unless perhaps he threw on a cloak and started twisting his moustache.
