Chilliwack ( / ˈtʃɪləwæk / CHIL-ə-wak) is a city of about 100,000 people and 261 km 2 (100 sq mi) in the Canadian province of British Columbia. It is located about 100 km (62 mi) east of the City of Vancouver in the Fraser Valley.
Chilliwack released its debut album, Chilliwack, in 1970. Lead guitarist Bill Henderson led the remaining former Collectors members: Glenn Miller (bass, guitar, backing vocals), Ross Turney (drums) and Claire Lawrence (flute, saxophone, keyboards, backing vocals); [8] while he provided most of the vocals and did most of the composing.
