1. März 2019 · Genauer gesagt, seit Test Dept. auf ihrem Meisterwerk "The unacceptable face of freedom" stählernen Percussion-Overkill mit robustem Elektro-Funk und bedrohlichen Soundscapes verschweißten.
10. Jan. 2019 · Test Dept. beenden ihren vorläufigen Ruhestand. Angetrieben von Wut, Skepsis und dem daraus gespeisten Verlangen aktiv zu werden, lassen die Musiker im März 2019 auf dem Album Disturbance ihre Krachkunst neu aufleben. Die Single Landlord bürstet sich gleich mal ins Gehör.
In an ideal world, Disturbance, the new album from industrial pioneers Test Dept, would not exist. It wouldn’t need to. Britain would not stand divided by xenophobia. Working class communities would not be under siege.
