Robert Gaston Fuller (October 22, 1942 – July 18, 1966) was an American rock singer, songwriter, and guitarist best known for "Let Her Dance" and his cover of the Crickets' "I Fought the Law," recorded with his group The Bobby Fuller Four.
The Bobby Fuller Four war eine US-amerikanische Rock-’n’-Roll-Band. Die erste offizielle Plattenveröffentlichung erfolgte 1964 unter diesem Namen. Nach dem Tod des Sängers und Gitarristen Bobby Fuller löste sich die Gruppe im Juli 1966 auf.

According to a dashed-off autopsy report, 23-year-old Fuller used that tube to swallow half a gallon of petrol, causing death by suicide. That explanation satisfied the local police, who closed the case without even dusting for fingerprints.
