Andrew „Andy“ Mackay ist ein britischer Musiker, vor allem bekannt als Saxophonist der Art-Rock-Gruppe Roxy Music.
Andrew Mackay (born 23 July 1946) is an English musician, best known as a founding member (playing oboe and saxophone) of the art rock group Roxy Music. In addition, he has taught music and provided scores for television, while his work as a session musician encompasses some of the most noteworthy and recognisable names in the music business.
A new instrumental project from Andy and Phil Manzanera - AM/PM is released in October 2023. Over the years Andy recorded solo albums and other projects for TV and films well as playing sessions for many great musicians including the various Roxy members.

Juli 2019 · Utilising a string orchestra and choir – who also joined him at the live show – the album very much reflects Mackay’s love of classical music, which dates back to his days learning oboe and being an eager devotee of the Proms concerts at the Royal Albert Hall as a teenager in the early 60s.
