Admiral Sir Alexander Robert Maule Ramsay (29 May 1881 – 8 October 1972) was a Royal Navy officer. He was the husband of Princess Patricia of Connaught, the youngest child of Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught and Strathearn, third son of Queen Victoria. He served with distinction during the First World War.

Jan. 2023 · In November 2022, Alexander Ramsay confirmed to JUVE Patent that he was leaving his role as UPC Administrative Committee chairman, having had a decisive influence on the creation of the court for 14 years. Now the presidium of the UPC has appointed Ramsay as its registrar, a post he could hold for a renewable term of up to six years.
