Daisy Cooper (born 29 October 1981) is a British Liberal Democrat politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for St Albans since 2019. She has served as the Deputy Leader of the Liberal Democrats since 2020, and as the Liberal Democrat spokesperson for Health, Wellbeing and Social Care since 2021.
Daisy May Cooper (born 1 August 1986) is an English actress and writer. She won the 2018 BAFTA TV Award for Best Female Comedy Performance for playing Kerry Mucklowe in the BBC Three series This Country, which she co-created and co-wrote with her younger brother, Charlie Cooper.
Daisy Cooper is the Liberal Democrat MP for St Albans, having first been elected to Parliament in 2019. Cooper became the first Liberal to hold the St Albans seat since 1906, gaining the seat from the Conservatives with a majority of 6,293 over the Conservative Party.
