Andrew Stewart, 1. Lord Stewart of Ochiltree († 1548) war ein schottischer Peer. Er entstammte einer Nebenlinie des Hauses Stewart. Er war der älteste Sohn des Andrew Stewart, 1. Lord Avondale aus dessen Ehe mit Margaret Kennedy, Tochter des John Kennedy, 2. Lord Kennedy.

4. Sept. 2023 · Andrew Stewart was born about 1540 in Ochiltree, Ayrshire, Scotland. He was the eldest son of Andrew Stewart, 2nd Lord Ochiltree and his wife Agnes Cunningham. He married Margaret, daughter of Henry Stewart, 2nd Lord Methven and his wife Jean Ruthven, before 9 March 1566/67. They had eleven children:

Andrew Stewart, 2nd Lord Ochiltree (c. 1521–1591) fought for the Scottish Reformation. His daughter married John Knox and he played a part in the defeat of Mary, Queen of Scots at the battle of Langside .
