Carl Gustav Fleischer KCB (28 December 1883 – 19 December 1942) was a Norwegian general and the first land commander to win a major victory against the Germans in the Second World War.

Carl Gustav Fleischer (1883-1942) was a major general and commander of 6th division and later commander-in-chief of the forces in northern Norway during the Battle of Narvik. He was in charge of the Norwegian forces who fought against the Germans along with British, French and Polish forces.
Am 24. April begannen zunächst norwegische Verbände unter Generalmajor Carl Gustav Fleischer, die Deutschen anzugreifen. Diese hatten sich teilweise in den Bergen um Narvik verschanzt. Die im Stadtgebiet verbliebenen Truppen mussten nach zähen Gefechten am 28. Mai 1940 Narvik räumen.
