Heather J. Hutt (born April 5, 1959) is an American politician who is currently serving as an appointed councilmember representing the 10th District of Los Angeles since April 11, 2023, previously serving for a temporary vacancy from September 2, 2022 to March 30, 2023. [1]
Heather Hutt is the first woman and the first black woman to be elected as a voting member for the Tenth District. She has a long history of public service and activism, and has worked with Senator Kamala D. Harris and other elected leaders.
