John Foster Pomeroy (born March 26, 1951) is an American animator who has worked for several major studios, including Walt Disney Animation Studios and Sullivan Bluth Studios. He has also worked as producer, and screenwriter on several animated feature films.
John Pomeroy is a Canada Research Chair and Distinguished Professor of Geography at the University of Saskatchewan. He leads the Global Water Futures Programme, a large-scale freshwater research project, and has published over 350 papers on cold regions hydrology and water quality.
