Henry Grey, duke of Suffolk (born c. 1517—died Feb. 23, 1554, London) was the father of Lady Jane Grey. His opposition to Queen Mary I of England and his role in Sir Thomas Wyatt’s rebellion led to his execution.

Henry Grey supported Northumberland and was appointed to the privy council in November 1541, although he only attended about a third of its meetings. When Dudley was elevated to the Dukedom of Northumberland in 1551, Henry became Duke of Suffolk and he benefited financially from Edward Seymour's final fall and death.

Henry Grey, Duke of Suffolk, 3rd Marquess of Dorset KG KB (17 January 1517 – 23 February 1554), was an English courtier and nobleman of the Tudor period. He was the father of Lady Jane Grey , known as "the Nine Days' Queen".
