Great Kingshill is a small village in the parish of Hughenden in Buckinghamshire, England. It is located in the Chiltern Hills, about five miles west of Amersham and two and a half miles south of Great Missenden.
In the 1880s and 90s men from Great Missenden and Prestwood walked to work in High Wycombe, a distance of 7 to 8 miles, and then walked back again in the evening after a hard days work calling in at the Polecat en-route. Following the Enclosure Act in 1854-5 Great Kingshill did not change very much in the next 50 years.
Kings Hill is a civil parish in the borough of Tonbridge and Malling in Kent, England. It is one of several new villages built in Kent since the 1950s (other examples including Vigo and New Ash Green ). Development started in 1989 near West Malling, on land previously occupied by RAF West Malling.

Kings Hill is a great place to live. As well as being a good location for access into London, you are only minutes away from the Garden of England. To my mind, the real joy of Kings Hill is the people. It’s a very family focused community evidenced by the huge number of sports and social clubs which are all thriving.
