Indeed I used the BA version earlier this week and it worked really well. My question though relates to multiple passengers. We have flights booked for September (myself, wife and daughter) and I am the lead passenger.

If you could not contact them to ask them to book flights for you, you should have done what you did: booked your own flights home and kept the receipts. 23. Juli 2024 · My advice would be DO NOT BOOK ADDITIONAL SERVICES THROUGH EASYJET. If you do book car hire with them, and your flight is cancelled, call this number for Car Trawler immediately: 01524 488018. Don't bother trying to contact Easyjet. It's impossible to speak to a person, and you'll end up having a frustrating and lengthy exchange with a bot.

Juni 2014 · Once the flight has happened, then you can ask easyjet for the APD (tax) back for any tickets bought where the person didn't fly - unlike most airlines, they don't charge an administration fee for this (though you do need to ask them for it). I will have to pay to cancel the booking. No, you don't.

Added benefit of that is that there's an outside chance easyJet may change their schedule or cancel the flight and you'd be entitled to a refund. Situation may be different if it's an easyJet Holidays booking where only a deposit has been paid.
