Farlin is a member of The Guild and envoy of Nine-Fingers Keene. She can be found on a beach west of the South Span Checkpoint in Wyrm's Crossing during Act Three X: -212 Y: Y:87.
No idea which side to lean towards. Act 3 - Spoilers. On the beach, before entering BG3, near Rivington, there were two bands fighting... One of them claimed to follow nine fingers, the others belonged to the Stone Lord.
