Mats Arne Olof Wilander (Swedish pronunciation: [ˈmats vɪˈlǎnːdɛr]; born 22 August 1964) is a Swedish former world No. 1 tennis player. From 1982 to 1988, he won seven major singles titles (three at the French Open , three at the Australian Open , and one at the US Open ), and one major men's doubles title (at Wimbledon ).
Mats Wilander gewann sieben Grand-Slam-Titel (Australian Open 1983, 1984 und 1988; French Open 1982, 1985 und 1988 und US Open 1988) und mit der schwedischen Mannschaft dreimal den Davis Cup. Zudem siegte er mit seinem Jugendfreund Joakim Nyström 1986 in Wimbledon in der Doppelkonkurrenz.
