Biography. Bill Bottrell came up through the recording studio culture in his home town of Los Angeles, stepping through every job description starting with repair tech, then engineer, mixer, producer, musician, songwriter and finally performer.
Released in February 1993 by Epic Records, the song peaked at number one in New Zealand for four consecutive weeks and at number two on the UK Singles Chart. The track was written and produced by Jackson and Bill Bottrell, and features Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash.

Im August 1989 begann dieser dann mit Bill Botrell die Arbeit am eigentlichen Song. Dabei ließen sich Jackson und Bottrell von dem Song State of Shock der Jacksons aus dem Jahr 1984 inspirieren.
