The Panteón Civil de Dolores is the largest cemetery in Mexico and contains the Rotonda de las Personas Ilustres (English: Circle of Illustrious Persons). It is located on Avenida Constituyentes in the Miguel Hidalgo borough of Mexico City , between sections two and three of Chapultepec Park .

El Panteón Civil de Dolores es el panteón más grande de la Ciudad de México y el de uso civil más antiguo de la misma, [1] localizado al poniente entre la segunda y la tercera sección del bosque de Chapultepec.
Der Panteón Civil de Dolores ist ein großer Friedhof in Mexiko-Stadt. Er liegt im Bosque de Chapultepec zwischen dem Sektor 2 und 3 südwestlich des Zentrums. Auf dem Friedhof wurde im Jahr 1874 erstmals eine Beisetzung durchgeführt; ab 1882 war er öffentlich zugänglich.
Er starb im Alter von 37 Jahren an Tuberkulose und wurde auf dem Panteón de San Fernando begraben, aber später in die Rotonda de las Personas Ilustres auf dem Panteón Civil de Dolores überführt. Quellen
