The Claw Talisman is one of the Talisman items in Elden Ring that can provide bonus passive damage effect when worn, located on a high rooftop in Stormveil Castle above West Limgrave.
The Claw Talisman is located on a corpse that can be found on a high tower surrounded by eagles. To reach it, you will need to head to the Rampart Tower site of grace in Stormveil Castle and then head out the open door ahead of you.
From there, take a right and run and jump from the upper ramparts to the nearest rooftop below. Make your way to the broken-down pillar at the back and jump on top of it, then up again, to reach the ledge around the building.
The Claw Talisman will add +15% damage to all jumping attacks (light and heavy). This also stacks with the passive effect of the Raptor's Black Feathers.

Yet, the Talisman does work particularly well with dual-wielded Claw armaments, as the weaponry's strongest attack will be the jumping downward slash.
