Golden light currently offers 2 extra game modes for players to enjoy with people from around the world.
Team up with your Meat Bro to take on the gut together.
Connect with a steam friend or a random to go through the 21 floors of meaty terror. Instead of spawning in one of the many Flashbacks or at the Eternal Field, both of you will spawn in a small room with a few activities to do before you both are ready.
•Him: At the doorway is a large face that resembles (or very likely is, in fact) the Gutworm who you can chat to.
•Check your relationship with the gut: A small, potted golden tree. You can check to see how the gut is doing.
•The Meatshop: A large television that will allow you to change your appearance. Check the page for more information.
•Start game: When the two of you are ready to begin, the host interacts with the door to load the next floor.
Slaughter all opposition and unlock the elevator.
It’s your typical battle royale gamemode! All players start with a Map as their first weapon, and it’s a battle until there’s only one meat left, to which they get a Royal Meat! These are used to unlock cosmetics in the meatshop. It’s also super awesome and you have all the bragging rights. If a player dies, they drop everything they have (even keys) and they are sent to a spectator room, which happens to be the multiplayer lobby. There isn’t too much different from your typical battle royale type game.
