Achim and I met in 1983. I had always been an admirer of his solo work and of course Cluster. We had exchanged a few letters, and when my second album "Untitled" was finished, I decided to quit everything else and focus on music. I travelled to Europe for a few months and Achim graciously invited me to visit him.
