Wish You Were Here ist das neunte Musikalbum der englischen Rockband Pink Floyd. Es wurde von Januar bis Juli 1975 in den Abbey Road Studios aufgenommen und erschien am 15. September 1975. Wish You Were Here is the ninth studio album by the English rock band Pink Floyd, released on 12 September 1975 through Harvest Records in the UK and Columbia Records in the US, their first for the label.
The song is popular on classic rock radio stations and remains a staple of Pink Floyd's discography. It was voted the 18th best rock song of all time by listeners of New York City’s Q104.3, and ranked No. 302 on Rolling Stone ' s "500 Greatest Songs of All Time", both in 2021.
