Jambalaya (on the Bayou) [ˌdʒæm.bə.ˈlaɪə] (Anhören ⓘ /?) ist einer der erfolgreichsten Cajun-Songs. Er wurde 1952 durch Country-Musik-Sänger Hank Williams popularisiert, dessen Version wochenlang Platz eins der Country-Charts belegte und sich auch in der Pop-Hitparade platzieren konnte.
