Mortal Kombat: Legacy is a web series based on the Mortal Kombat games. The series ran for two seasons, from 2011 to 2013, on the Machinima Youtube channel. Legacy was initially pitched to Warner Bros by director Kevin Tancharoen as a feature film taking place in a gritty, realistic reimagining of the Mortal Kombat universe.
