15. Sept. 2023 · The Foundation launches a 5-year strategy to advance the global climate transition and ensure everyone can participate in it. It will invest in renewable energy, nature-based solutions, carbon removal, and health and food systems, among other initiatives.
8. Nov. 2023 · The Foundation supports 25 grantees to advance food and health security, curb coal, increase solar energy, and more in low- and middle-income countries and the US. This is the first round of funding from its USD 1 billion climate strategy announced in September 2023.
