16. Aug. 2021 · Harbor Group International, a real estate investment firm, has agreed to buy the 38-story office tower at 51 West 52nd Street from ViacomCBS. The building, also known as Black Rock, was designed by Eero Saarinen and served as CBS' New York headquarters.
