Bürgerkrieg im Baskenland. Als Baskischer Konflikt werden die Auseinandersetzungen zwischen der bewaffneten Organisation Euskadi Ta Askatasuna (ETA), anderen baskisch-nationalistischen Organisationen und dem spanischen Staat in den Jahren von 1968 bis 1979 bezeichnet.
Im Baskenland hat die Zivilgesellschaft seit 2011 die Grundlagen geschaffen, damit die Untergrundorganisation ETA sich 2018 selbst auflösen konnte. Der Konflikt mit den Regierungen in Madrid und Paris über den politischen Status der Region und die baskische Sprache besteht jedoch fort.
