Canford School is a public school (English fee-charging boarding and day school for pupils aged 13–18). Situated in 300 acres of parkland near to the market town of Wimborne Minster in Dorset, south west England, it is one of the largest schools by area.

In 1874 the 17,000-acre Canford Estate (Home of Lord Wimborne) was one of the largest in Dorset. It has since shrunk to around a tenth of its former size. Canford Manor was one of the largest estates in England in the 13th and 14th centuries and being so close to Wimborne Minster in Dorset, its location is easily visited.
