Hilbrand Boschma (* 22. April 1893 in IJsbrechtum (Gemeinde Wymbritseradeel ), Provinz Friesland; † 22. Juli 1976 in Leiden) war ein niederländischer Zoologe, Hochschullehrer und Museumsdirektor.
Hilbrand Boschma (22 April 1893 – 22 July 1976) was a Dutch zoologist and director of the Rijksmuseum of Natural History in Leiden. Boschma studied botany and zoology at the University of Amsterdam. He went to the former Dutch East Indies, where he studied embryology, functional morphology in reptiles and amphibians, and stony corals.
Hilbrand Boschma (IJsbrechtum (Wymbritseradeel), 22 april 1893 - Leiden, 22 juli 1976) was een Nederlands zoöloog, hoogleraar in de systematische dierkunde aan de Rijksuniversiteit Leiden en directeur van het Rijksmuseum van Natuurlijke Historie te Leiden.

Im selben Jahr promovierte er mit der Dissertation Prehistoric and fossil Rhinoceroses from the Malay Archipelago and India unter Professor Hilbrand Boschma (1893–1976) zum Doktor. Von 1950 bis 1951 war er mit einem Rockefeller-Stipendium Mitarbeiter am American Museum of Natural History.
Hilbrand Boschma was born 22 April 1893 in IJsbrechtum, a small town in the municipality of Wymbritseradeel in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. He spent his youth at the farm of his parents in the beautiful Frisian lakes dis- trict.
