The European Environment Information and Observation Network (Eionet) is a partnership network of the European Environment Agency (EEA) and its 38 member and cooperating countries.
Reportnet 3.0 is a project to modernise e-Reporting with the latest IT solutions and integrate data flows under the EU environmental legislation. It is a one-stop-shop for all involved stakeholders and will be operational from July 2020.
Reporting directly to a database tests the feasibility of replacing the current file-based storage with a database storage platform to support the services and workflows supported by the Reportnet platform.
Reportnet is a web-based system that supports and improves data and information flows for environmental reporting to EEA and other organisations. It consists of various tools and processes, such as Central Data Repository, Content Registry, Data Dictionary and Reporting Obligations Database.
