1. Feb. 2024 · Pre-Requisite Coursework. An applicant must complete 37 hours of required prerequisite courses. Of the 37 required prerequisites, the 16 hours of prerequisites listed below must be completed prior to application deadline and appear on the applicant's official transcript.
Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The faculty of the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center offers a three-year program of study leading to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. The program admits students in the fall and spring each year. Class size is limited and admission is very competitive.
