Logbook of the World (LoTW) is a web-accessed database provided by the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) to implement a contact verification service among amateur radio operators. Using LoTW, radio amateurs (hams) are able to claim and verify contacts (QSOs) made with other amateurs, generally for claiming credit for operating awards, such as DXCC .
28. Mai 2021 · Using LoTW How you upload your contact records and download your QSL confirmations from LoTW can vary widely depending on the logbook software program you are using. Although you can use TQSL directly to sign any ADIF or Cabrillo file from a variety of Amateur Radio software, many hams will actually use functions built into their logbook software to sign and upload contacts to LoTW.

Nach dem Einlesen der tq6-Datei schaltet LoTW das Rufzeichen frei. Diese Datei wird nach tqsl.cert eingelesen und macht tqsl.exe zum Erzeugen von signierten Logs bereit. Diese generiert wiederum die Datei <eigenes Log>.t8q. Dann folgen die Abfrage nach der zu verarbeitenden ADIF-Datei und wo die elektronisch unterschriebene Datei abgespeichert ...
Diagnosing LoTW. There are only three things to check when diagnosing TQSL. 1- Do you have the latest version of the TQSL software? 2- Does the certificate in your computer match the certificate in the Logbook of The World system at ARRL? 3- Do you have a station location in TQSL with the correct geographic information for your operations?

Abgefragt werden können die eigenen QSLs und QSOs. und ob eine bestimmte Station ihr Log an LoTW geschickt hat.

Da LotW die Daten nicht als ADIF-Datei annimmt, müssen sie vor dem Hochladen in ein spezielles Format gewandelt werden. Das wird von LotW die Date TQSL.EXE bereitgestellt. Geben Sie im Exportfenster an, wo sich diese Datei befindet. HAM Office ruft dann beim Export automatisch diese Datei auf, so dass man sich um diesen Sachverhalt nicht weiter kümmern muss.
