Been wanting to play CS since 1.6 and I finally have a computer that can run it. The problem is this computer is too good and I don't even know how to begin to optimize it. I have i9, 3090, 360hz monitor. I can get 360+hz in game no problem but I'm not sure about any of the other settings I should be messing with.
