When you fight Krauser, his arm will mutate and he will launch an attack. You should be facing him now as a CGI shows bombs in the vicinity. Once you have control again, immediately run toward Krauser. As he prepares to hit you, he will briefly leave himself open to attack. Unsheathe your knife and slash him, which will cause him to drop briefly to one knee. Now, wait for him to return to his feet and then slash him again. If you perform the slash at the moment he stands back up, he'll drop to his knee again. You can just continue slashing him at the same point, each time he rises, and you should be able to win the fight without even taking any damage.

After you set down the King and Queens grail you come to a part where there are a bunch of the "bug" type enemies. You must shoot the chains to drop a bridge.
If you have the patience to kill all the enemies, shoot the hive type thing in the middle of the room. It will go to a cutscene where it shows the hive fall into the pit and after there are about 10 items you can pick up, all of which are the "red, green, or blue eyes" used on the Butterfly Lamp. They can also be sold separately for easy money.
When you are low on ammo but have to kill a few enemies try to group them together, shoot the frontman of the group in the head making him stumble then, run up and kick, this should knock down or push back all of the enemies. When they are on the ground simply knife them. Since they are grouped together you should be able to slash a few at a time killing multiple enemies quickly while only using one bullet.

Without using a Gameshark (or similar device), you can keep the Special Launcher Ada throws down during the final fight. Simply unlock the P.R.L. weapon unlocked by completing Professional difficulty mode to waste Saddler. When Ada tosses out the Special Launcher, get it, and finish Saddler with the P.R.L. In order to do this trick you need to first pick Leon's gangster outfit, and then equip the Chicago Typewriter machinegun. Reload the machinegun a few times in a row and Leon will pose.
To unlock the Thompson Submachinegun, clear Leon's story mode (any difficulty) and complete Ada's story mode (Separate Ways). Purchase it from the Roma merchant when playing a new game plus.
Ada can also have the weapon available for her own side-story mission (Assignment Ada) simply simply clearing that particular mode once. Again, speak with the Roma merchant to access it.
Clear Leon's Story on Professional difficulty to unlock the PRL 412 weapon. It has two settings -- stun and kill (just like Star Trek) which you may determine by holding or tapping the fire button. It has infinite ammunition.
