The Hitman Style (ヒットマン スタイル, Hittoman Sutairu), also commonly referred to as the "Detroit Style" is an offensive and defensive boxing stance. While Detroit was where the style was first world-famous, Philadelphia is where some say the style was born.
Hitman is one of 7 legendary styles currently in-game, The Hitman styles places a huge emphasis on its M1s, the iconic flicker jab, as it’s biggest strength with its fast speed, good damage and outstanding range.
In his fight against Roberto Duran, Tommy Hearns uses the Hitman style (the style in the show is even named after Hearns, who was known as the Hitman), even the back-and-forth movement. In this video, you can see it most clearly around 3:00, 3:30, and 3:50, but his left arm is constantly low and twitchy.
Fighting Styles are different ways that your player fights, these alter your damage, dodge speed, block, regen, etc. Fighting styles come in 4 rarities: Uncommon, Rare, Mythic and Legendary. As of now there are 22 fighting styles currently in the game. Basic doesn't mean bad.
